Relaxing milk tea with mint

This recipe is my most favorite beverage..you know after facing the hard world a day long, drink this beverage is really relaxing..it's like a magic blend from heaven...So, just try this one!

Ingredients :

- 1 tea spoon of tea leaves
- a glass of milk
- 2 mint leaves
- Sugar

Direction :

First step is boiling the fresh milk with the tea. After that, pour it into a glass, but don't forget to throw the tea leaves first, u can use a spoon or a strainer.
Last step is to put in the mint leaves into the glass, so besides the flavor, the mint leaves also do decorate the beverage.

It's very quick and easy for delicious...Mmmmm Yummmy!

delicious chocolate rum ball

This is very simple recipe of chocolate dessert, everyone should try this one..

Ingredients :

  • 1 pack of milk cracker
  • 2 ounce of almond nuts
  • 1 ounce of raisin
  • 1 can of chocolate liquid milk
  • 1 table spoon of rum
  • 1 pack of dark chocolate bar
Directions:
  • crush the milk crackers into small pieces (short like powder)
  • chop the almond nuts
  • chop the raisin but not to small
  • first put the crushed milk crackers in a large bowl
  • pour the chocolate liquid milk on the crushed milk crackers while u stir it until all spread well.
  • add the almond nuts, raisins that has been chop, and rum and then stir it again.
  • after all spread well, take some of mixture and shape it into small ball, after that put it in the refrigerator for half hour.
  • while the balls in the refrigerator, melt the dark chocolate.
  • take the mixture chocolate ball from refrigerator, and then drawn it into the melted dark chocolate, and put it on the plate.
  • after all put it in the refrigerator, and u can serve it anytime u like.

homemade chocolate minty ice cream

hi everyone! this is my first recipe, i found it on all recipes.com, I already try it, this is outstanding delicious ice cream..yuuummmy!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 3 drops green food coloring (optional), but without it is better
  • 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the milk, cream, sugar, salt, vanilla extract and peppermint extract until the sugar has dissolved. Color to your liking with the green food coloring (optional).
  2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker (or with mixer if you don't have ice cream maker), and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. After about 10 minutes into the freezing, add the chocolate chips. After the ice cream has thickened, about 30 minutes later, spoon into a container, and freeze for 2 hours.
